About Plainwork Kits

Plainwork Kits makes plain, practical kits for the office work around a job: bids, listing materials, follow-ups and ads. Each kit is a set of files you download once and keep, such as spreadsheets, checklists, templates and guides, written in US English for US businesses.

Plainwork Kits is run from South Korea. Each kit says who made it and what we are not.

Who makes each kit

• Walkthrough-to-Proposal Bid Kit
  Not a cleaning company. Built from public sources with AI; every number is linked.
• Commercial Leasing Launch Kit
  Made by a commercial leasing marketer in Korea who produces listing materials for office and light-industrial space every week. Not a US licensed broker.
• Plainwork Follow-Up Kit (in development)
  Built by a small commercial leasing office in Busan, South Korea that runs this kind of alert every day.
• Still Running
  A commercial leasing marketer in Korea who runs Meta lead ads. Not a US licensed agent.

How we make the kits

We research and draft with AI tools, starting from public sources such as government agency pages, official help pages and trade press. Where a kit uses outside facts or numbers, it links the source and the date we checked it. Examples are invented, and we label them.

Kits are planning tools and templates, not legal, tax or accounting advice.
