Refund policy

Plainwork Kits is the store of Arin Partners, South Korea.
Our refund promise
This applies to every kit we sell:
30-day refund: if the kit isn't useful for your work, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@plainworkkits.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Send it from the email address you used at checkout, or include your order number.
You don't need to give a reason, and there's nothing to send back.
How you get your money back
We refund the full amount you paid, including any sales tax, to your original payment method. Refunds go through Shopify, which runs our checkout, and PayPal, which processes our payments.
We issue the refund within 2 business days of your email. After that, how soon the money shows up depends on PayPal and your bank or card issuer.
Bought the wrong edition?
If you bought the Core edition of the Walkthrough-to-Proposal Bid Kit and wanted Complete, or the other way around, email us within 30 days. We'll refund the edition you bought so you can buy the one you want.
Problems with a download
If a download link doesn't work or a file won't open, email us and we'll send a working copy. You can still ask for a refund instead.
After a refund
Your license to use the kit ends when we refund it. Please delete the kit files and any copies you made, including Google Sheets or Google Docs copies made from our links. Finished documents you already sent to clients or published can stay where they are.
Free downloads
Free downloads, such as the Walkthrough Checklist (Lite), don't involve a payment, so there's nothing to refund.
PayPal disputes and chargebacks
You don't need to open a PayPal dispute or a card chargeback to get a refund. Emailing us is faster.
Your rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
The version of this policy in effect on your purchase date applies to your purchase.
