What to include

• Your order number, or the email address you used at checkout
• The kit name, and the edition if it has one (for example, Core or Complete)
• What happened, and a screenshot if it helps

Can't find your download?

1. After you pay, your download link appears on the order confirmation page.
2. We also email the link to the address you used at checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder.
3. Still nothing? Email us with your order number and we'll send it again.

Refunds

30-day refund: if the kit isn't useful for your work, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
