No results promised. Nobody outside an advertiser's account can know what an ad earns. A long run is a clue, not proof. From the outside you can't tell an ad that brings in clients from one nobody turned off.
It's easy to write a lead ad, run it for two weeks, and guess what to change. Meanwhile, some agents near you have kept the same ads running for months. Anyone can see those ads, and the date each one started, in Meta's public Ad Library.
Seller: Seller home-value report video · Naming test: "CMA" vs plain words · Seller program bundle

Moves: Downsizing series, told from several angles · Relocation guide, talking-to-camera video · PCS move guide
How the ads are run: Same-day variant set, left alone · Always-on offer beside fresh listing ads
Staying in touch: Monthly local market update, same frame
Open Meta's public Ad Library. Pick United States and the Housing category, then search your city, a few plain words with your city's name after them ("home value" and your city), and the agents you already know. Skip apartment, rental, builder and big home-search Pages.
Each ad shows the date it started. Count the days since, and check the labels: multiple versions, platforms, ad details. Our bands, not Meta's: Too new, Settling in, Long-runner, Fixture.
Describe what you saw in your own words in the Ad Finder Log, match it to one of 15 patterns, and build your own version from our templates. Re-check at 14 and 30 days.
Look manually. Don't scrape, and don't copy other agents' ads.
Screens change. These steps follow Meta's help pages as of Oct 19, 2026. If a label has moved or been renamed, look for the same idea: country, category, search, start date.
A long run is a clue, not proof. From the outside you can't tell an ad that brings in clients from one nobody turned off.
What the Ad Library doesn't show for these ads: spend, results, targeting, or whether an ad was paused and restarted.
That's why this kit doesn't hand you a list of other agents' ads. It teaches you to find and read them in your own market, and gives you patterns and templates we wrote. Every example inside is invented.
Group: Seller · Usual lead capture: the agent's own landing page (sometimes an instant form)
What it is. A short video of the agent talking to the camera about what homes near the viewer have sold for, with an offer to send a written price range. Nothing in the offer has a date, price or rate, so the same video can run for months.
Why it might keep running (our hypotheses):
When it fits you. You're comfortable on camera, you know recent sales in one area well, and you can send a written range within one business day.
How to build yours. Templates T01 (landing page) and T02 (video script and instant form).
Invented example. Jordan, an agent in Fernhill County, films 50 seconds on a corner most people in Lakemont know, and offers a written range plus the three nearby sales it's based on.
Invented example: made-up agent, market, ad and numbers. Not a real ad or advertiser.
The full two pages, with Housing-rule notes and what to test first, are in the free sample.

No results promised. Nobody outside an advertiser's account can know what an ad earns. A long run is a clue, not proof. The kit gives you a way to see what's been kept running in your market, plus patterns, templates and scripts to build and test your own. Judge your own ad after about 21 days by conversations and appointments, not clicks.
No. We don't reproduce anyone's ads, names, links or screenshots. Instead, we teach you to look them up yourself in Meta's public Ad Library, in your own market, in about 10 minutes. The ads running near you tell you more about your market than a list from somewhere else, and you can re-check them whenever you like. Every example in the kit is invented.
Meta built the Ad Library so anyone can view and search it. We ask you to look by hand, not to scrape, and not to copy anyone's ads.
Meta's help pages say anyone can view and search the Ad Library.
Most agent ads fall under Meta's Housing special ad category, in our reading of Meta's examples. The guide explains what a US Housing campaign blocks and allows, which lead form questions and words to leave out, and what we couldn't confirm, with every rule linked and dated. Every template is written to Meta's Housing category rules as published on Oct 19, 2026. Ask your broker about your state's rules.
No. The rules sections summarize what Meta, HUD, the CFPB, the FCC and the FTC publish, with links and the date we checked. Ask your broker about your state's rules.
