Licensor: Arin Partners, South Korea, selling as Plainwork Kits ("we", "us").

Buyer: the person or business that bought this kit ("you"). The kit means every file in this zip.

By using the kit, you agree to these terms. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer laws that can't be waived.

1. One business, up to six people

This license is for one business: yours. If you are an agent on a team or in a brokerage, "your business" means you, or the team that bought the kit, not the whole brokerage.

Up to six people in that business may use the kit, you included. For example: you, your partner agents and your assistant.

A team or office with more than six users needs one more copy for each extra group of up to six people. Write to support@plainworkkits.com if you want terms for a larger group.

2. What you may do

Use, print and keep backup copies of the kit for your business.

Edit the templates, scripts, worksheets and calculator, and save your own versions.

Publish the ads, landing pages, emails and texts you write with the kit, for your business. What you write from the templates is yours to use.

3. What you may not do

Share, sell, resell, rent, sublicense or give away the kit files, or large parts of them, to anyone outside your business.

Post the kit files where people outside your business can get them, such as a public drive, a website, a course, a membership site, a group chat or a bundle of products.

Present the kit, or a lightly changed copy of it, as your own product or training material.

Remove this license or the notices inside the files.

4. Your ads are your responsibility

You decide what to publish and you are responsible for it. Check your ads, forms and messages with your broker, and follow Meta's advertising policies, fair housing laws, text and email laws, and your state's advertising rules.

5. AS IS, no warranty

The kit is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

No results promised. Nobody outside an advertiser's account can know what an ad earns. Rules and screens change. The kit describes them as published on Oct 19, 2026.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the kit will not be more than the amount you paid for it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, ad spend, fines or penalties.

7. Not legal advice

The kit is general information. It is not legal advice and it does not create a lawyer and client relationship. Ask your broker, and a lawyer if you need one, about the rules that apply to you.

8. Refunds

30-day refund: if the kit isn't useful, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

If you take a refund, this license ends and you should delete your copies of the kit.

9. Ending this license

This license ends if you break these terms. When it ends, stop using the kit and delete your copies. The ads and messages you already wrote and published for your business stay yours.

The method uses Meta's public Ad Library. Look manually. Don't scrape, and don't copy other agents' ads.
