Plainwork Follow-Up Kit · In development
We're building a kit of automations for cleaning and home repair businesses: new-lead alerts with reply drafts you approve, missed-call text-backs, quote follow-ups and review requests. It's not for sale yet. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when it is.

A website lead comes in while you're on a ladder, under a sink, or halfway through a move-out clean. You see it hours later and wonder if they're still looking.
A call goes to voicemail. You mean to call back after this job.
The quote you sent on Tuesday goes quiet. You mean to follow up.
A job went well. You mean to ask for a review, and asking feels awkward.
None of this is hard. It just shows up when your hands are full.
This is our plan for the first version. It may change while we test it. Before you can buy, the sales page will show the final list, what each part needs, and how each part was tested.
How it's delivered: files to import for Make and n8n, screen-by-screen steps for Zapier, Google Sheets logs, and test checklists that use fictional leads.
Examples are written for cleaning and home repair businesses first. Examples for real estate agents and small landlords, and for salons and spas, are planned too.
Planned for later updates, no dates yet: more office tasks, such as appointment reminders and a weekly summary email to yourself.
Anything AI writes waits for your approval before it reaches a customer.
Fixed messages you approve once, like the missed-call text and the review request, send automatically after that.
There's no AI phone answering. Approvals happen in a confirm step, never in a one-click link inside an email, because some email security tools open links on their own.
Check this list before you join. These are separate from the kit.

How we label testing. Every part will say how we tested it, using one of these labels:
We won't put the kit on sale while any part carries the last label. Texting steps will likely carry the middle label, because we don't send live texts to US numbers from our office.

The starter will be the alert-and-log part of the first kit, without AI and without replies. When a new lead comes in, it adds a row to your Google Sheet and sends an alert to Telegram or Slack. You set it up with Make or Zapier, step by step.
This starter never contacts your customers. It only logs the lead and alerts you.
Built by a small commercial leasing office in Busan, South Korea that runs this kind of alert every day.
We don't have a date. We're building and testing it now. We'll email the waitlist before it goes on sale.
The planned price is $79, one-time, with 12 months of updates. 30-day refund: if the kit isn't useful for your work, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The tools it runs on have their own plans, which you pay to them directly. If the price changes before launch, the waitlist hears about it by email.

Only for the missed-call text-back. It's built for a business phone service that can tell an automation about missed calls, such as Quo or Twilio. The other parts work with the email and forms you already have.
No. You import files into Make or n8n, or follow screen-by-screen steps in Zapier, then connect your own accounts and run the test leads.
If your software already handles a task, use its built-in feature first. This kit is for businesses that run on Gmail, Google Sheets and their phone.
Soon. The free Lead Alert Starter will do the alert-and-log part. It's still being tested. Use the form in the starter section above to get an email when it's ready.
We use it to email you about this kit. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we stop when you use it. We don't sell your email.
